Justin "Chester" Hall

justin-n-me,
on
the air

This picture was taken by a machine sitting on stacks of CDs in Studio A of 91.5 WSRN in Swarthmore. That's me, behind all that hair.

I'm writing this as I sit at his computer, duo-docked into his desk, piled high with magazines he's been in, art he's produced, books both read and unread, stickers unstuck, pictures taken and donated, journals and packages, totems and toke-ems.

Justin lives like he talks, talks like he thinks, in "tangental awareness".

Talking to Justin can be at times exhilarating questioning, focused interrogative, or calm inquisitive. Always intense, I've seen him burnt out and lookin' for love, riled and inspired, and I tell you it's always a pretty sight. Pretty messy, pretty jolting, pretty funny, pretty addictive.

We share alot of things in common. More, I think than he realizes. I joined Cyborganic Gardens in part to keep in contact with him, because we feel that he's a wave worth surfing. He's introduced me to a few things along the way of the I Ching, which I threw for the first time in his presence. Appropriately enough, I got my first peek into HTML on his tutorial page.

I'd say Justin is Good People; he listens hard, and tries to live without reqret. He's quick and to the point.

He sat regularly at The Arrogant Table.

He's mentioned me in a few of his online journals:
